Latest Invention: Spy Glasses with Built-in Small HD Camera

A Seattle-based company called ZionEyez, is currently working on a pair of spy glasses that allow the wearer to record and share high-def video.

The device features a 720p HD recording camera; microphone and 8 GB flash memory. In addition, the system has a battery that boasts up to 3 hours of non-stop functionality. The glasses can share data tirelessly using both the Bluetooth and WiFi.

In case the glasses are used in combination with iPhone or an Android-running device, the system is able to send the video online. Users can also store their video on a microUSB card.

Currently the device is in the development stage. Besides, due to the fact that the firm has not yet chosen the final hardware it will use, there's no sample of video recorded using the spy glasses. Still, the company claims that the built-in camera will be able to record HD content at a resolution of 1280x720p, reports Physorg.
